Kim Hoehn, Layton Real EstateKim has lived in the Wellsville area for over 30 years. She and her husband Jim live on a small Braunvieh Cattle ranch just south of Wellsville. They have two sons, Justin 28 and Jerid 24. This summer they were very pleased to add a new daughter-in-law Cindy, to their family.Kim has been very active in the community over the years especially when her sons were in school. She has been in the Wellsville Chamber, Jr High & High School Site Councils, WJRC, Booster Club, Historical Society and delivers Meals on Wheels. Kim has been in Real Estate since January of 2009. Before that Kim worked in various accounting positions in the Oil Industry.
